I love the grey tones used in the Chinese martial art robes, the lightweight breathable fabric could be used to make a conceptual uniform piece based on and 'Breathable' and 'Unbreathable' uniform, with an aggressive/defensive stance

The contrast of big white silhouettes on dark grey stone that's wet grabbed my attention. The mixture of dark grey uniform on white leg wrapping. The stone engraving later caught my attention, which made me think about how I can add detail to my garment through engraving. The huge red Chinese typography on the stone like plaques reprinting emotions and Chinese concepts should be used on my garment, in the terms of forms or formations I've developed from looking at Chinese tree silhouettes.
CHINESE CULTURE: LANTERNS
'Solving riddles on lanterns has been a popular tradition since the Song Dynasty. People write riddles on paper and stick them to the lanterns and if someone guesses correctly, they can pull the riddle off. The notes often contain messages of good fortune and wisdom'. Source: (IB Times words)
